Good Apartment to live but Only Problem is, it will charge 2000 AED for yearly contract renewal. Also the parking is free only first year and from 2nd year own wards they will charge 2000-2500 per parking. There are other good options available in the same area in the same range with free parking, free contract renewal etc.

A great place to live with all amenities and located at the best area. Unfortunately Yearly Contract-renewal fee is ‘2000aed’ and Free parking is provided only for the ‘first year’ 2000aed yearly for parking on renewal🤷🏻♀️ and we’re done!
